“Where to begin... I met Jake shortly after being pre-approved for a home purchase. From the moment i met Jake, i felt comfortable. We sat down and talked about what i had in mind for my FIRST home, location, size, etc. I could tell Jake was knowledgeable, honest, and truly cared about getting me the right home right away. As we began the process of searching for homes, he was respectful of my longer than usual time frame for buying the home. We communicated back and forth about things i liked / disliked about the homes that were being sent to me. He revised, and continued to send me homes that were up to the new standard we continued to set. As we began to visit the homes in question, i felt as if we shared the same vision for what type of home i would find myself in. We walked into some houses and turned right around and left. The funny thing is, we shared these feelings and felt the same thing as we were looking at properties. We then found two homes that could do the job. His schedule was very flexible, as i work long hours, he was able to create time to meet with me at these properties during my schedule, which made the whole process so much smoother. We found the home that was the one. THAT NIGHT we saw the home, loved it, put the offer down, he put together the contract and contacted the agent to discuss some details about the offer. Two days later, the sellers took our offer. He assisted with finding home inspectors, attorneys and really guided us through the whole home buying process. I felt confident, not nervous. Buying a home is a big deal yet i was EXCITED. Jake is a huge reason of that. We visited the home multiple times before close. We did a final walk through the day before close, had some issues arise with the house, and Jake was excellent at finding solutions that worked out in my favor. We even went to the house 3 hours before close to inspect what was going on, Jake came up into the attic with me to look into the problem. Not many realtors would want to get dirty like that. He was truly by my side every step of the way. We closed on the house and now i am a PROUD FIRST TIME home buyer. He treated me to Starbucks as well, totally have to mention that. Jake's knowledge, communication and willingness to work was me was top of the line. If i had to go back and do it all again, i would go to Jake. There is nothing i would change about this experience. If your looking to buy a first home or a fifth home, i highly recommend Jake as an agent, for so many reasons that words would simply not do justice. The experience was truly fantastic.
